The EA-RDIP Project Implementation Unit (PIU) held a highly productive and strategic meeting with the Board of Directors (BoD) of the National Fiber Optic Company (NFOC). The meeting focused on advancing broadband connectivity, fiber optic digital infrastructure development, and the seamless integration of digital services across Somaliland. Key agenda items included the national broadband rollout plan, technical specifications for fiber optic backbone, and public-private partnership opportunities. Both parties agreed on a coordinated approach to ensure the successful deployment of high-speed internet infrastructure that will benefit citizens and businesses across the country.
