Somaliland officially launched its National Digital Transformation Strategy for 2026–2030, a landmark comprehensive roadmap developed in close collaboration with the EA-RDIP project team and World Bank technical experts. The strategy outlines a bold vision for transforming Somaliland into a digitally empowered nation with inclusive, resilient, and innovative digital infrastructure. Key pillars of the strategy include: universal broadband connectivity, e-government service delivery, digital financial inclusion, cybersecurity capacity building, and youth digital skills development. The launch marks a significant milestone in Somaliland's journey toward sustainable socio-economic growth powered by digital technology.
